Yayasan YAGASU is a non-profit organization focused on wildlife and nature conservation. Their activities involve various research and surveys in remote areas of Indonesia, both along the seashore and in mountainous jungles.

 

This system, built on Android, iOS, and Web platforms, is designed to replace their conventional pen-and-paper reporting system, which is prone to damage in extreme conditions and can take a long time to compile as the workers have to return to YAGASU’s HQ to deliver reports.

 

This system digitizes their 27 report forms and compiles them into an informative and intuitive dashboard for both internal use and reporting to their donors.

 

The mobile app is also specifically designed to work with limited network or internet access and has an easy-to-use UI, making it usable in extreme conditions and remote areas.
